Description of the program –
For experienced boxers who have participated in tournaments earlier and who will be fighting competitively in the future.
Boxing Fitness : Warm up / Cardio / Strength Training/ Core / Cross Fit Training / Conditioning
Boxing Skills : Shadow Boxing / Pad Drills / Bag Drills / Foot Work Drills / Tech & Open Sparring
Days & Timings –
Training is Monday to Friday.
Three days(Mon/Wed/Fri): Advanced Group Training.
Two days(Tue/Thu): Training with Regular Group.
Duration: 75 mins.
Timings: 7.15 to 8.30 AM and 7.15 to 8.30 PM
Tue/Thurs – Group Training with Regular Batch of your timings
For those Advanced Boxers who want to train for 5 days in the week.
