For ages 16 and above, Boxing Training is designed for people with no and or prior boxing experience . Learn to box from the basics and improve your fitness levels or improve your boxing skills to participate competitively . Each small group training session at the gym consists of static/dynamic stretching warm up , cardio training , boxing drills , core & strength conditioning and cross fit training. Improve your boxing skills to participate competitively.
